This contract will be provided to you to review and sign after you have been chosen to purchase a puppy from Dunbroke Toy Aussies & Pembroke Welsh Corgis, this is a requirement to finalize the purchase.

We suggest that before submitting our questionnaire, that you read our Contract & Health Guarantee. You should always do a lot of research on the breed you are interested in. Purchasing a dog is a life-long commitment and we want you to make sure you are ready for this!
